Equifax is one of the 4 biggest qualified credit bureaus. Also, it's the first online credit history service for private people with data confirmation via government service.
During 1 month we have made a big research and worked close to the customer.
The goal was to reach a new cluster of users, not only with a low understanding of credit thing, but also how is well educated in this topic.
For almost 2 year the clothing brand
has a website that didn't work properly and business owner Christina needed
to maintain all orders via Instagram. Nowadays, this option works poorly
in their local market.
We relaunched the brand's website
on the other constructor, so it's easy now to add items into catalog. Also, we've updated all catalog and information, adapted mobile version, SEO texts
and tone of voice of the site.
Now all digital resources of the brand look consistent and customers can make orders online.
The existing site had a bad navigation
and inconsistent info blocks.
Also, the storytelling was pretty rude.
We had several user interviews and find out how to attract the new target users group.
We used simple ideas from everyday life like swapping cards, stories, CTA specified
on user's level and further ideas to develop
the project.
